What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every repair and installation. Our technicians are trained as journeymen, not helpers, and they arrive with the parts needed to finish most jobs in a single visit. If a spring we install fails within 90 days due to how it was fitted, we replace it and correct the installation at no cost.
• Parts we supply and install. We stock our trucks with springs, cables, rollers, and openers from brands we know inside and out: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. When we recommend a part, it’s because we’ve installed that exact component in Alvin homes and we trust how it holds up to our Gulf Coast humidity and the salt air that blows in from Chocolate Bayou.
